When will I receive my 20% off incentive?

If you are bringing your pre-loved items in store, you will receive your 20% discount code via email at the time of your contribution. Items contributed via post will arrive at our warehouse and be inspected by our team, who will then issue your 20%

Will I be able to return a Re-Worn item that I have purchased, or are the products final sale?

All items purchased from the Re-Worn collection are final sale items. They will not be able to be returned for a refund, credit note or exchange unless deemed faulty. If you no longer want your Re-Worn collection item, it can be re-contributed throug
