We offer 14 day returns or exchanges for a different size on full priced items that are in unworn, unwashed, original condition with tags attached.
All final sale items, including earrings, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless deemed faulty.
Simply lodge your return on our online returns portal and follow the prompts to exchange. Alternatively, you can visit your nearest store to facilitate an on the spot exchange, subject to stock availability.
