We can accept online refunds (except orders made with PayPal) and exchanges in store for Full Priced and Flash Sale items within 14 days of receipt. For security reasons, refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Christmas Extended Returns: Any full price and flash sale purchases made from the 10th of Nov 2025 can be returned until the 11th of Jan 2026 in line with our standard return policy, where the products are in new, unworn/unwashed condition with tags attached.
Please note all Final Sale items and Earrings are all final sale and cannot be returned online or in store unless deemed faulty. Swimwear will only be accepted as a return if tags and hygiene stickers are still in tact.
