Due to hygiene considerations, all jewellery are final sale.
All Choose What You Pay items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
All Re-Worn items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes unless deemed faulty.
Swimwear can only be returned if hygiene stickers and tags are still in place.
If items are returned and not in saleable condition or are final sale, they will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
